Every pet journey is different — distance, pet size, breed, number of animals, route complexity, documentation requirements, and special needs all affect the final cost. We provide exact, itemised quotes within 2 hours of enquiry, so you always know precisely what you're paying and why. There are never hidden fees.

Our Document Check Service — where we verify your existing pet documents — is included across all tiers. Full document preparation (obtaining Animal Health Certificates, coordinating with your vet, completing EU paperwork) is included in the Executive and Private VIP tiers, and available as an add-on for Standard at £65 per pet.

We ask for a small booking deposit to confirm your reservation — never a large upfront payment. The balance is payable closer to the travel date, with the exact terms outlined clearly in your booking confirmation. We are transparent about this from the very first conversation and never ask for substantial sums in advance.

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests — for local UK journeys, we can often arrange travel within 24–48 hours. For international trips requiring documentation, 3–5 days minimum is usually needed. An Express Booking supplement of £95 applies for priority scheduling. Call us directly to discuss your timeline.

Show us a like-for-like written quote from a legitimate, DEFRA-licensed competitor and we will match it. The comparison must be for the same route, same service type, and the competitor must hold valid UK and — if applicable — EU transport licences. Many cheaper quotes come from unlicensed operators who cannot legally transport pets across EU borders.

The "from" prices shown are indicative starting points and exclude VAT. Your detailed quote will always show the full breakdown including VAT, so you know the total cost before committing. We also accept Transfer of Residence (ToR) relief applications for qualifying international pet relocations, which can reduce import VAT on your move.

Yes — we understand that plans can change, especially during relocations. Our cancellation and amendment policy is explained clearly in your booking terms. Generally, changes requested more than 7 days before travel incur no additional fee. Cancellations close to the travel date may result in partial deposit forfeiture — full terms are shared at booking.
